Megan is a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach based in California who offers a holistic approach to relational healing. Through somatic tools and psycho-spiritual practices, she guides clients toward embodied transformation that integrated the wisdom of mind, body, and soul.
Megan's mission is to support clients in awakening to their greater nature, empowering them to fully experience the life and love they truly desire.
Her somatic approach helps clients access and release past pain that created subconscious patterns of dysfunction and disconnection. As you let go of conditioning and limiting beliefs, inner space opens for authenticity and radical self-love to flourish.
Relationships are a cornerstone of her practice—every connection serves as a mirror and teacher, perfectly designed to reveal what's ready to be loved and healed within.
